Each of our retreats is named after a native flower of the region, symbolizing the beauty and uniqueness of that destination. From the name to the daily experiences, the movement practices, the nourishing meals, and the cultural immersions—every detail is thoughtfully designed to feel aligned, elevated, and deeply connected to the environment around you.

Chelsea
Experience Curator
Chelsea is a wellness curator and retreat facilitator devoted to helping others come home to themselves. With a deep passion for physical health, mental well-being, and embodied living , she creates intentional spaces where people can slow down, recalibrate their nervous systems and reconnect to their bodies.
Blending movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection, Chelsea believes true transformation happens when we become intentional - not only how we move, but with how we spend our time, protect our energy and nourish the body and mind. Through retreats she strives to design a immersive reset. A space to release stress, restore balance and remember that healing should not be rushed, rather it must be felt.
Through yoga, pilates, reiki, sound healing, breathwork and many more, Chelsea creates experiences in nature to guide individuals back to presence, power and peace- one intentional experience at a time.
Experience Curator
Sade
Sade is an energy worker, healer, teacher, and creative. She shines her light wherever she goes and inspires many to embrace their inner work. Leading with her heart, she always empowers others to show up as their most authentic self as she believes that the truth is the purest form of self-expression. She believes that compassion, gratitude, and love can heal the world, as well as each individual body, mind, and soul.
“Yoga has been the greatest gift in my life, not just the physical practice but everything beyond it and my hope is to share the absolute full-body joy it brings me with you :) I discovered yoga 15 years ago and completely fell in love with the way it connects us to something greater than ourselves. Yoga is medicine, but don’t forget - You are medicine too and my goal is to help you remember that. To come back to your truth.”
In addition to sharing her passion of Yoga, Sade also offers Sound Healing through intuitively curated sound baths that allow you to relax and reconnect back to yourself. Mindfulness is also very important to her and, as such, Sade leads guided meditations and Pranayama (breathwork) sessions to help students become truly present and at home in their body. A few of her other passions include immersing herself in other cultures, creating exciting and fresh plant-based recipes, and hanging out with friends & family.
